Gentle Stretch and Meditation

A great way to start the week. Enter into the soft glow of the candlelit studio. This class gives you gentle stretches to open and release tension. Finish with a guided meditation and be led into a peaceful Savasana. You might want to wear your pyjamas so all you have to do is tumble into bed when you get home.
